I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. They were also very accommodating, great to bend a few rules regarding breakfast time and checkout. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good and the facilities were great. the location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and nearby parking.

The staff here really goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. They were always ready with recommendations for the best local eateries and even let us stay a little longer when we were running late for check-out. Plus, the comfy rooms and central location made it easy to get to everything we wanted to see and do.
We were really taken aback by the way the hotel handled a typhoon-related delay. They weren't very understanding when we asked about a reduced rate for an extra night and we ended up feeling a little ripped off.
